About the Role
The Enterprise AI Product Owner will drive the adoption and value of AI within Legal 500, primarily using Microsoft Copilot and the broader Microsoft 365 AI capabilities. This business-facing role involves recommending AI tool adoption, establishing governance, and ensuring effective user utilization.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and prioritized backlog for enterprise AI opportunities, recommending build or adoption strategies.
- Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria, managing stakeholder expectations regarding capacity.
- Analyze end-to-end business processes, identify pain points, and map future-state processes with AI integration.
- Configure, test, and refine Microsoft Copilot skills, agents, and team workflows, managing them from proof of concept to pilot.
- Design, implement, and enforce AI governance, including intake and review processes for new use cases.
- Manage enterprise AI libraries, including approved tools, agents, prompts, templates, and workflows.
- Design and deliver AI upskilling programs, including training sessions, guides, and clinics.
- Lead AI working groups and champion networks.
- Identify common patterns across teams to promote shared processes and solutions.
- Define and track AI adoption and value metrics, such as usage, time saved, and user confidence.
- Maintain an AI benefits register and report progress to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Process-led consulting approach with structured end-to-end process analysis.
- Proven experience in establishing and enforcing AI governance from scratch.
- Hands-on Microsoft Copilot configuration experience (skills, agents, or team workflows).
- Strong product management skills, including prioritization, user story writing, backlog management, and stakeholder management.
- Experience owning enterprise libraries or centralized controls.
- Experience in personally running enablement and delivering upskilling.
- Comfortable leading working groups.
