About the Role
As an (IT) Solution Architect, you will be part of a dedicated team of architects with diverse specializations, collaboratively seeking the best solutions for the software architecture of our financial products. You will be involved from requirements analysis through design, implementation, and go-live. Bring your hands-on software development experience to actively shape the evolution of our products and platforms. Contribute to the continuous development of the IT strategy and strategic business/IT alignment. Proactively identify opportunities for technological innovation and introduce suitable solution approaches and new technologies. Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design precise and efficient solutions. Actively participate in implementation through prototypes, implementations, code reviews, or technical support for development teams. Serve as a consultant and supporter for agile, self-organizing product development teams, actively sharing knowledge and empowering teams to solve new challenges.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification provides a solid professional foundation.
- 6+ years of professional experience in software development, particularly with Java or C#, is your professional basis, and you want to take the next step towards architecture or already have relevant experience.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and experience with databases, Kubernetes, cloud technologies, and AI.
- Consider infrastructure, deployment, and operations from the outset.
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and innovations in the digital industry.
- Collaboration is natural for you: contribute your own ideas, incorporate input from others, and develop viable solutions together with the team.
- Communicate and present appropriately for the target audience.
- Negotiation-level English skills.
- Good German skills are a plus.
