About the Role
Simmons Adaptive is seeking junior disputes lawyers to support the internal Disputes & Investigations team at Simmons & Simmons. Roles are available across specialist teams including international arbitration, competition and antitrust litigation, corporate crime, sanctions and regulatory enforcement, and commercial and contractual disputes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with case strategy, legal research and drafting of correspondence, pleadings and submissions.
- Support partners and senior associates on hearing, trials, mediations and regulatory interviews.
- Help manage complex, document-heavy matters including disclosure and witness evidence.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with disputes experience from a leading private practice.
- Problem solver with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
- Required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
