Responsibilities
- Commissioning Security Systems and Fire Alarms to the highest industry standards.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Delivering excellent customer service that exceeds expectations, fostering strong relationships with internal and external clients.
- Commissioning Security Systems and Fire alarm systems while adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Effectively managing your time to prioritize tasks and complete engineering reports, handover certificates, and checklists accurately.
Requirements
- Experience in the Fire & Security industry.
- A valid driving license.
- Physical capability to lift and climb ladders.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
