About the Role

As a Manager in our Planning & Fulfilment team, you will lead impactful tech-driven planning and digital transformations for clients, guiding them from strategy through implementation and collaborating closely with leadership to ensure timely and impactful outcomes. You will develop and implement cutting-edge supply chain planning solutions, own sales activities, and contribute to the strategic direction of the practice.

Responsibilities

Taking ownership of large-scale supply chain transformation projects, guiding clients from strategy through to implementation, coordinating workstream delivery and collaborating closely with leadership to ensure timely and impactful outcomes.
Working with our clients’ existing functions to develop and implement cutting-edge supply chain planning solutions aligned to their challenges, priorities and objectives utilising the latest development in the industry and our alliances pre-configured solutions.
Owning sales activities and proactively supporting cross-industry pipeline development, including thought leadership, eminent material and sales proposition development.
Contributing to the strategic direction of our practice, maintaining and enhancing Deloitte's go-to-market solutions, key vendor/alliance partnerships, and staying at the forefront of technological advancements and industry trends.

Requirements

Proven track record in delivering technology-enabled organisational transformation.
Thrives at the intersection between supply chain and technology.
Ability to lead innovative and technology-driven supply chain network solutions.
Advanced supply chain acumen.
Exceptional leadership in cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to unite diverse skillsets to deliver optimised, cohesive client transformations and advanced planning solutions.
Extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain transformation, with a strong focus on technology-enabled planning solutions and APS implementation.
Depth of experience across multiple supply chain domains, with a demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and manage strong stakeholder relationships with clients and internal teams across various industries.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively within diverse teams, comprising both internal Deloitte colleagues and client members, with a clear capability to plan and deliver team scope.
The ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to evaluate the emerging and changing business needs of our clients.
Enjoy working within diverse and hybrid-located teams.
Professional working proficiency in the English language.
Significant experience in owning and developing material for bids and sales propositions specifically around supply chain transformation and APS implementation.
SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC Clearance is preferred due to client requirements in Government and Public Sector.
