About the Role

This role is the backbone of the studio experience, ensuring a high-performance studio is spotless, stocked, and ready to go. You'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the day, keeping every space performance-ready from open to close.

Responsibilities

Clean and reset studio rooms in between and after every class.
Maintain consistent cleaning of changing rooms, walkways, reception areas, and back of house.
Keep towels cleaned, folded, and fully replenished throughout the day.
Monitor and top up amenities and consumables.
Spot and resolve cleanliness issues before they become member-facing problems.
Work alongside the Front of House and Studio Lead team to keep the studio performance-ready.

Requirements

Reliable and consistent.
Detail-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment without disrupting the member experience.
Able to work well independently and stay coordinated with the wider studio team.

Work Type

Full-time
Shifts can start as early as 5:30am or finish as late as 8:30pm
Regular weekend work is required
