About the Role
Methods is seeking a professional to support and drive delivery across Titan, ViCTOR, and ARES, ensuring clear priorities, milestones, and ownership. This role involves managing automation delivery pipelines, maintaining accurate project plans, and leading effective delivery ceremonies. The goal is to ensure controlled and transparent delivery, proactive risk management, and efficient use of Senior Delivery Manager capacity.
Responsibilities
- Support and drive delivery across Titan, ViCTOR and ARES, maintaining clear priorities, milestones and ownership.
- Support Titan delivery and the transition from ViCTOR, coordinating development, testing, assurance, release and dependencies.
- Manage the automation delivery pipeline, ensuring priorities, dependencies, blockers and readiness are actively managed.
- Maintain accurate Jira plans, RAID, dependencies and delivery status.
- Run effective delivery ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
- Proactively resolve blockers and escalate risks to Senior Delivery Manager, dependencies or decisions requiring senior intervention.
Requirements
- Must have or be willing to go through Security Clearance.
- Candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard as part of the onboarding process.
