About the Role
Data is central to Reward’s business. As a SQL Developer in the Consumer Insights team, you will maintain and develop data management backend systems and client-facing web portals, contributing to excellent client service.
Responsibilities
- Process data using SQL/SSMS, including cleaning, modifying, and aggregating.
- Manage data receipt and import processes.
- Develop and execute automation scripts to create insight data products for internal and external stakeholders.
- Process and validate data in MS Excel.
- Provide user and client support.
- Perform quality checks on work delivered to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ISO27001 standards.
- Update documentation as required.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of SQL, including stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions.
- Understanding of database design and development.
- Knowledge of database performance troubleshooting and optimization strategies.
- Experience supporting bespoke web applications.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Minimum of 2 years of SQL experience.
- Experience in cloud solutions is desirable.
- Working knowledge of MS Power BI is desirable.
