About the Role
Deloitte's Organisation & Workforce Transformation practice is seeking exceptional talent to help clients redefine their future operating models and organisation design, aligning with strategic objectives. You will gain experience across client projects, utilizing market-leading methods, global assets, and tools, supported by world-class professional development.
Responsibilities
- Help clients solve complex issues by performing analysis, providing recommendations, and utilizing experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology.
- Scope and deliver components of end-to-end Organisation and Work design activity in various programme contexts.
- Form part of project workstreams and support working sessions with clients to develop project deliverables such as organisation assessments, organisational structures, and realisation costs.
- Work with a range of stakeholders internally within Deloitte and in client organisations.
- Support business development by contributing to new business proposals.
- Contribute to internal practice development by participating in proposition, methodology, and point-of-view development activities and supporting knowledge capture and sharing.
Requirements
- Proven development of organisation design, including role descriptions and organisation structures with future capability and skills in mind.
- Ability to analyse and translate strategy into the implications for an organisation’s operating model and capability requirements.
