About the Role
As part of the Financial Services Transformation Team, you will advise financial service providers such as banks, insurance companies, asset managers, or FinTechs on topics such as the digitalization of business processes, the introduction of IT infrastructures, the optimization of the customer journey, and strategic and regulatory issues in sustainability. You will act as the interface between technology and strategy and serve as a trusted point of contact. Become part of a harmonious team, act as a thought leader for technological trends with your colleagues, and support our clients on their path to a digital, sustainable future.
Responsibilities
- Participate in diverse projects within a highly motivated consulting team.
- Independently develop topics and gain insight into project practice.
- Support national and international consulting projects for banks, financial service providers, insurers, and asset managers.
- Actively contribute to the team to ensure efficient work, growth, and skill development.
- Gain insight into the breadth of Financial Services consulting beyond project work.
- Actively engage in areas such as credit and financing, investment and retirement planning, embedded finance, insurance, technology and engineering, or sales and services.
Requirements
- Completed the third semester of studies in (Business) Engineering, Economics, (Business) Informatics, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field.
- Interest in the financial industry, business processes, and IT systems.
- More than six months of relevant experience through internships in the financial industry or management consulting, or completed banking or insurance training.
- Possess analytical skills.
- Proficient in handling large amounts of data.
- Skilled in creating precise reports or presentations from data.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
