About the Role

As part of the Commercial Enablement Team, you will help our Sales and Account Management teams make customer processes smarter, faster, and more scalable. You will use AI and pragmatic workflow tools to identify and implement automation potential along our go-to-market processes from lead to existing customer.

Responsibilities

Support in analyzing sales and commercial operations processes and identifying efficiency potentials.
Participate in building automations to reduce operational inefficiencies in the sales and account management environment (e.g., with n8n).
Support in integrating AI into commercial processes, e.g., lead generation or CRM workflows (Salesforce).
Participate in developing pragmatic workflows and rapid testing of new use cases using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
Support in connecting our tools and systems via APIs, webhooks, or no-code platforms.
Close collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Revenue Operations, and Product & Engineering.
Participate in testing, optimizing, and further developing functional solutions.

Requirements

Strong interest in how sales and go-to-market teams work.
Structured way of thinking and pragmatic approach to solutions.
Interest in AI, automation, and digital business processes.
Initial practical experience with tools, automations, or digital workflows is advantageous.
Basic understanding of programming and fundamental web and API concepts is desirable.
Currently pursuing a degree with a technical, digital, or business-related focus.
Native-level German and good English skills.
