About the Role
Build, implement, and maintain Parloa’s Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), including business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management plans for digital systems, operations, and infrastructure. Play a key role in strengthening Parloa’s resilience and overall security posture, aiming for ISO 22301 certification.
Responsibilities
- Run gap analyses, define the framework, and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines for the BCMS.
- Lead the ISO 22301 certification process, including preparing for external audits.
- Identify and prioritize critical business processes by building risk models and mapping dependencies and vulnerabilities.
- Develop tailored continuity strategies for critical processes based on business impact analyses.
- Create and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans with clear recovery objectives, resources, and teams.
- Regularly review and update continuity plans to ensure they remain current.
- Plan and execute tabletop exercises, drills, and simulations across critical functions.
- Evaluate exercise results, close identified gaps, and refine plans.
- Build relationships with department heads and report progress, risks, and milestones to senior management.
- Define BCMS KPIs and deliver training and awareness programs to foster a resilience culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and testing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Experience with risk assessments and business impact analyses.
- Solid knowledge of implementing a BCMS according to ISO 22301.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, risk management, and crisis response.
- Structured, execution-focused approach with the ability to build and follow project roadmaps.
- Confident communicator who engages stakeholders at all levels and presents clearly.
- Accountable for outcomes, comfortable making decisions, and taking responsibility.
