About the Role
Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking Seasonal Team Members to join their bakery team for the summer season. This role focuses on creating a positive guest experience and ensuring the quality of food and beverages, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Make sure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in.
- Promote the company by creating a positive guest experience.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older.
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
