About the Role
The Berliner Centrum für Reise- und Tropenmedizin (BCRT) is seeking a part-time assistant to support physicians in administrative tasks at their Berlin-Steglitz practice.
Responsibilities
- Prepare practice rooms before and after each shift.
- Attend to travelers.
- Process billing for medical services (consultations and vaccinations) performed by physicians.
- Organize weekly deliveries of vaccines and other practice materials.
- General customer management.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Enjoy working with people.
- Strong team player.
- Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Email).
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays.
