About the Role
We are not looking for another IT professional. We are looking for a Technology Mastermind: someone who develops themselves, has AI in their blood, and helps build the dentistry of tomorrow. You will connect IT, proprietary software, and AI into a system that thinks along at all locations, reporting directly to management.
Responsibilities
- Bring AI agents from the test lab into real practice.
- Further develop our proprietary software, from prototype to a permanent tool for all locations.
- Connect practice software (CGM Z1 Pro) and devices into an intelligent data landscape, from X-ray and DVT to intraoral scanners and CAD/CAM.
- Maintain the foundation: network, servers, workstations, telephony, and telematics infrastructure at five locations.
- Protect health data with top-tier data protection and security.
- Manage service providers and budget to allow the team to focus on future topics.
Requirements
- You are convinced of AI and build with it yourself: agents, automations, proprietary tools.
- You develop yourself (TypeScript, APIs, cloud services) and enjoy good architecture.
- You know IT operations from practice and work well with service providers and users.
- You set clear priorities and explain technology so that everyone understands.
- You speak fluent German.
- Experience with CGM, telematics infrastructure, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, or UniFi is a plus. Missing something? Apply anyway.
