About the Role
Plan and deliver audits and assurance projects across multiple business areas and processes. Evaluate risks and controls, recommend practical improvements, and monitor actions through remediation. Utilize data analytics, modeling, and transformation, particularly Power BI, to generate actionable insights, reports, and dashboards that enhance audit approaches and quantify risk.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute assurance work across varied business areas, processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Develop data models and analytics dashboards using multiple data sources to identify patterns, anomalies, control deviations, and wider risks.
- Create clear reports and presentations that recommend practical improvements and monitor corrective actions through implementation.
Requirements
- Delivered internal audit and other assurance activities, including identifying risks and assessing the design and effectiveness of mitigating actions.
- Collaborated with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify and obtain relevant information to deliver data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in Power Platform with particular depth in Power BI, including data quality assessment, Power Query (M) transformation, star-schema dimensional modeling, and complex DAX analytics.
- Applied strong interpersonal and communication skills to enable meaningful collaboration that values diverse viewpoints and cultures while being able to influence results.
- Ability to interpret and explain highly technical information in simple terms.
- Ability to travel globally and collaborate across multiple time zones.
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA configurations or functionality.
- Experience in using Databricks platform.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to navigate a complex organization with dispersed stakeholders.
