About the Role

Responsibilities
- Independently manage a complex project with multiple workstreams regarding scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
- Create and maintain a robust project plan, including milestones, dependencies, and forecasts.
- Coordinate project resources and delivery activities within multidisciplinary teams.
- Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, decisions, and actions.
- Ensure appropriate and timely escalation of critical project topics.
- Manage budget, forecasting, and project-related reporting.
- Prepare and coordinate change requests regarding scope, costs, and schedule.
- Ensure agreed-upon governance and stage-gate processes.
- Communicate and report professionally to senior stakeholders.
- Serve as the central project contact person for the client within the agreed project scope.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in managing large and complex implementation projects.
- Proven experience with multidisciplinary teams and multiple parallel workstreams.
- Experience in the ERP/Business Applications environment, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365; comparable experience with SAP or Oracle is also relevant.
- Very good knowledge of established project methodologies, especially Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with project governance, risk, budget, and change management.
- Very good commercial understanding and experience with different commercial project models, e.g., Time & Materials and Fixed Price.
- Confident communication with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Strong skills in conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin approximately three days per week as part of the project.
