About the Role
qlub is scaling fast, and hiring is how we win. As our Business Recruiter, you will run full-cycle hiring across global business and GTM roles, and flex into technical and product when needed. You will work directly with the leader of qlub's global talent acquisition function, owning searches from day one, learning strategies for hiring in competitive markets, and receiving hands-on mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Own priority business and GTM searches end to end, from intake to signed offer
- Keep every search moving and every hiring manager in the loop, start to finish
- Drive your sourcing mix: approximately 60% outbound, 30% inbound, 10% referral
- Run your funnel with AI: sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, reporting
- Move the numbers that matter: time to hire, offer acceptance, pipeline health
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting
- A real track record hiring commercial or GTM roles: sales, BD, marketing, ops
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth startup
- Proven outbound sourcing, with pipeline you've built yourself
- You've run your own searches and owned hiring manager relationships directly
- Fluent in English
