About the Role

As a Service Technician (f/m/d) for vehicle glass, you will be responsible for the professional repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including the calibration of modern driver assistance systems. You will actively shape the customer journey from order acceptance to vehicle return, including all related administrative tasks. In case of site representation, you will independently take over daily coordination and on-site deployment planning. You will support special tasks, e.g., accompanying new site openings or projects. As a Springer, you will work in changing teams regionally and supra-regionally within your area, and you will carry processes and innovations forward with commitment to new colleagues.

Responsibilities

Professional repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of modern driver assistance systems.
Active shaping of the customer journey: from order acceptance and consultation to vehicle return, including administrative tasks.
Independent daily coordination and on-site deployment planning during site representation.
Support with special tasks, such as accompanying new site openings or projects.
Working in changing teams regionally and supra-regionally within your area.
Communicating processes and innovations to new colleagues.

Requirements

Completed vocational training and initial professional experience in the automotive industry.
Experience as a vehicle mechatronics technician, vehicle mechanic, or bodywork builder.
Willingness to travel and stay overnight nationwide.
Possession of a Class B driver's license.
Familiarity with PC use.
Appreciation for open, collegial cooperation.
Team spirit, personal responsibility, and strong communication skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to new environments.
