About the Role
The DX Solutions Engineering Team at Atlassian is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive the adoption and growth of the DX product. You will be the technical authority for Enterprise customers, solving complex implementation challenges and ensuring they realize maximum value from our solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical aspects of the post-sales lifecycle, including onboarding, integrations, and system architecture.
- Understand customer's long-term engineering goals and map the DX platform into their existing workflows.
- Design and build tailored technical solutions, including integrations, to meet unique business requirements.
- Ask detailed questions to understand customer engineering processes for optimal platform configuration.
- Act as a technical advisor for Enterprise clients, providing guidance on best practices for developer experience analytics, deployment, and cultural transformation.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to inform the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Exposure to programming (Ruby/Rails or Python) with a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and the GitHub CLI.
- Familiarity with SQL (Postgres preferred) and data analysis for solutioning.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience leading technical workshops and executive discussions.
- Ability to translate complex technical architecture into clear business outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple Enterprise implementations simultaneously.
