About the Role
As the Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of your store, driving a positive and inclusive culture. Your responsibilities include managing and developing the store team to achieve sales and KPI targets, ensuring long-term business growth in line with the company's vision, core values, and policies.

- Deliver on world class visual merchandising standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Retail Management experience, preferably fast fashion.
- 3+ years proven track record leading and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated results in interpreting, analyzing, and driving sales, stock, and service delivery.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising practices.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to regularly squat/kneel.
- Ability to regularly use a ladder, step stool or raised platform safely.
