About the Role
We are seeking a Hausmann (Linen Porter) to join our Berlin Housekeeping team temporarily. You will be responsible for providing brilliant and genuinely helpful customer service for every guest staying at The Hoxton, Charlottenburg.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and servicing of guest rooms to brand standards, ensuring they are well presented and maintained.
- Overseeing the delivery and collection of linen and terry on a daily basis.
- Stocking linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores, ensuring these areas are clean and well maintained.
- Maintaining cleanliness of guest floors at all times.
- Assisting with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required.
- Ensuring all Health and Safety standards are adhered to and reporting any breaches to the Head Housekeeper.
- Correctly handling all cleaning materials and being aware of COSHH regulations.
- Attending all required training sessions.
- Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude at all times, finding solutions to challenges.
- Providing the highest level of customer care, with a friendly, helpful, and responsive service for guests.

- Good communication skills (German and English favorable) for smooth teamwork.

- Keen attention to detail to ensure rooms meet the highest standards.
