About the Role
Support the assembly manager in coordinating the assembly of technical sun protection products, conduct on-site discussions with customers, site managers, and architects to coordinate assembly processes, and perform pre-assembly performance checks for upcoming site assemblies.
Responsibilities
- Support the assembly manager in coordinating the assembly of technical sun protection products
- Conduct on-site discussions with customers, site managers, and architects to coordinate assembly processes
- Perform pre-assembly performance checks for upcoming site assemblies
- Coordinate fitters and subcontractors for our sun protection products, considering costs, customer creditworthiness, and deadlines
- Independent additional management for clarification and assertion of additional costs
- Conduct legally relevant correspondence in the course of construction processing
- Carry out acceptance of our services
- Clarify warranty cases, including monitoring defect rectification (interface discussions with the service department)
Requirements
- Completed technical/craftsman training and extensive professional experience
- Experience in construction site processing and supervision
- Independent, results-oriented, and strategic work
- High degree of assertiveness
- Willingness for flexible working hours and travel
- High customer orientation and strong communication skills
- High level of commitment and teamwork
- Possession of at least driver's license class B or 3
Skills
- Knowledge preferably in the metal, window, or roller shutter and blind industry
