About the Role
POP MART is seeking passionate and customer-focused Sales Associates to join their growing retail team in Australia and New Zealand. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, thrive in busy environments, and wish to develop their careers with a global brand.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service
- Share product knowledge and introduce new collections
- Support sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy
- Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready
- Process transactions accurately through POS systems
- Follow store procedures and loss prevention standards
- Support product launches and peak trading periods
Requirements
- Permanent part-time position
- Availability to work 3–4 days per week
- Availability to work at least one weekend day and one late-night trading shift each week
- Flexibility to support business needs, peak trading periods and major product launches
- Availability throughout peak trading periods, including November to January, is essential
- Full and permanent Australian working rights are required
