About the Role

Hadrian is developing advanced systems to automate technical data understanding and accelerate precision manufacturing planning and execution. This role involves building software to extract, model, and enrich complex engineering data from various 2D and 3D sources, utilizing ML models, agents, and computational geometry. The full-stack application will orchestrate these tools, manage data change, and provide user interfaces for data review and editing, with a primary focus on the frontend.

Responsibilities

Build applications for engineers to read drawings and models, including a high-performance PDF viewer, annotation overlays, and 3D CAD views with PMI.
Design review workflows for agent-proposed data confirmation and correction, with full edit tracking.
Develop agent-driven interfaces that utilize user-facing tools and display agent outputs within drawings.
Own application performance for large documents and models, focusing on rendering, streaming, caching, and UI responsiveness.
Engage in product discovery with manufacturing engineers and operators to define requirements and improvements.
Collaborate closely with ML engineers on agent outputs and their integration into the user experience.

Requirements

Expert in TypeScript and React, with a deep understanding of state management, rendering, and the frontend ecosystem.
AI native builder with strong product sense and user empathy.
Experience building graphics-heavy applications on Canvas, WebGL, three.js, or similar.
Strong ability and desire to build a high-quality codebase.
Bias towards action and pride in work.
Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with high-stakes and quick iteration cycles.
