About the Role
As a Multisite Technician for our Western Sydney venues, you will ensure the repair and maintenance of games, bowling, and attractions, keeping venues in operational order and ensuring the safety of team members and guests. You will support and be supported by Venue Managers, Facilities Managers, and the State Technical Manager, with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the repair and maintenance of games, bowling, and attractions
- Keep venues in slick operational order
- Ensure team members and guests are safe
- Provide support to Venue Managers, Facilities Managers, and State Technical Manager
- Receive support from Venue Managers, Facilities Managers, and State Technical Manager
Requirements
- Technically minded with self-drive to proactively seek out tasks
- Experience in a trade
- Savvy knack for all things techy/computer based
- Natural ability in relationship building
- Ability to communicate with guests and team members on the floor
- Act as a true partner to the team
