About the Role
This role is an opportunity to join a high-performing National Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets team in Sydney. You will play an important role across the full transaction lifecycle, applying your valuation and analytical expertise to financial modelling, market analysis, due diligence, pricing strategy and client engagement. This role is ideal for someone with a strong valuation foundation looking to transition into capital markets and develop broader commercial, transaction and client-facing experience.
Responsibilities
- Financial and cash flow modelling for industrial assets and development sites, supporting submissions, pitches and information memorandums
- Coordinating comprehensive financial and technical due diligence throughout campaigns, including lease reviews and outgoings benchmarking
- Researching and analysing market activity, transactions, yields, rents and broader industrial market trends
- Managing and interpreting key sales, valuation and sector data to provide meaningful market intelligence
- Contributing to campaign and marketing strategies for institutional, private and international clients
- Preparing high-quality client reports, presentations and transaction materials
- Working directly with senior team members and clients throughout live campaigns
- Contributing to pitches, new appointments and the development of the team’s opportunity pipeline
- Building relationships across the industrial property market and developing your own network over time
Requirements
- CPV-qualified property professional with a strong track record across major industrial transactions
- Strong valuation foundation
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) accreditation
- Strong commercial property valuation and financial modelling experience
- A solid understanding of the industrial property market and current trends
- Strong knowledge of leases, cash flows, yields and investment fundamentals
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and clients
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver against key transaction milestones
- The ambition to build a long-term career in Industrial Capital Markets
