About the Role
We are seeking a bubbly and driven Third in Charge for our Lorna Jane Sydney City store. This role is perfect for individuals early in their retail careers who are eager to grow with a premium activewear brand. While leadership experience isn't required, a passion for retail, customer service, and a fast learning ability are essential. You will manage daily operations and visual merchandising, ensuring the store runs smoothly and looks appealing, all while prioritizing the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock control, replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Assist leaders with visual merchandising standards, executing floor moves, displays, and seasonal setups.
- Maintain customer focus during operational tasks, ensuring all customers receive assistance.
- Support the Store Leader in achieving sales targets and store KPIs through individual contributions and team collaboration.
- Build relationships with regular customers and represent the Lorna Jane brand with energy and enthusiasm.
Requirements
- Prioritize customers by providing exceptional service, even during operational tasks.
- Possess a bubbly and enthusiastic personality, enjoying connecting with people.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service.
- Demonstrate efficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in stock control, visual merchandising, and daily store routines.
- Willingness to take ownership and step up when required.
