About the Role
This role bridges Marketing and Partnership Development, turning partnership opportunities into compelling narratives, joint go-to-market plans, and co-marketing campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and commercial growth. You will shape materials for agency and RMN meetings, create shared resources for established partnerships, and equip internal teams and partners to sell Big Happy with confidence. You'll also help define market approach and communication of partnership value.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling, tailored presentations and supporting materials for strategic meetings with agencies, holding companies, and RMNs.
- Shape and execute go-to-market strategies for established partnerships, identifying opportunities to drive awareness, adoption, engagement, and revenue.
- Plan and lead joint marketing initiatives with agency and RMN partners, including co-branded campaigns, content, and events.
- Build enablement resources that help internal teams understand our partnerships, communicate their value, and identify opportunities to leverage them with clients.
- Develop partner-facing materials and lead training sessions that educate agency and RMN teams on Big Happy’s capabilities, offerings, and approach to working together.
- Shape external communications around partnerships, including announcements, website content, thought leadership, and other public-facing marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and Client Services teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective partnership activation.
- Gather market and partner insights to refine positioning, improve enablement resources, and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
- Establish repeatable processes and frameworks that make partnership marketing more effective and scalable as Big Happy’s partner ecosystem grows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partnership marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, or a related field, ideally within the advertising or media industry.
- Proven experience developing strategic presentations, messaging frameworks, and marketing materials that support business development and commercial growth.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex offerings and partnership opportunities into clear, compelling narratives.
- Exceptional presentation and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to create polished, on-brand and co-branded decks tailored to different audiences.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align marketing initiatives with business development priorities and work closely with external partner teams.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience in agency partnerships, retail media networks, or the broader advertising ecosystem is a plus.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Big Happy is not able to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas (such as H-1B, F-1, OPT, J-1) at this time, or in the future.
