Responsibilities

Manage the design and development of long-term business strategies for technology, media and telecommunications clients in the areas of go-to-market strategy, operating model design, organizational design, and value creation to optimize revenue growth and organizational capability.
Perform sophisticated market research, benchmarking, market sizing, modeling, forecasting, and decision analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Advise technology clients on go-to-market and sales strategy, including channel design, sales force structure, and market entry sequencing to accelerate revenue growth.
Evaluate and design SaaS business models, including subscription and usage-based pricing structures, packaging, and monetization strategy to optimize customer lifetime value and revenue retention.
Develop AI strategy for technology clients, including roadmaps for AI product integration, and organizational readiness assessments for scaling AI capabilities.
Conduct competitive benchmarking of technology companies' product offerings, pricing, and go-to-market approaches to inform clients' strategic positioning and investment decisions.
Manage case team responsibilities including personnel assignments, research and analysis, and reports to clients.
Undertake critical evaluation of analytical work performed using advanced economics and financial analysis techniques.
Oversee and direct consultants and junior professional staff, and oversee project planning and preparation of outputs.
Present findings to senior client management, and oversee business development and client relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
Three (3) years of experience as a management consultant or business analyst.
At least one (1) year of experience providing business strategy recommendations focusing on operational efficiency and revenue growth to companies in the technology, media and telecommunications sector.
Building financial models in Excel to evaluate SaaS business cases, including pricing sensitivity analysis, customer cohort/retention modeling, and revenue forecasting for technology clients.
Conducting competitive benchmarking of technology companies across product features, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies to identify market positioning opportunities.
Collaborating directly with engineering and product teams to align technical roadmaps with business strategy and to translate commercial requirements into product specifications.
Performing data analysis of product usage and customer data to identify adoption trends, churn drivers, and expansion opportunities within technology clients' customer bases.
Assessing technology targets during M&A due diligence, including evaluation of technology architecture, product-market fit, and integration risk to inform investment recommendations.
Applying advanced economic and financial analysis theories including competitive cost and decision analysis, capabilities assessment, portfolio review based on financial reports, and experience and scale curve analysis.
Conducting advanced analysis of scale economies, seasonal effects on financial forecasts, impact of uncertainties on business outcomes, corporate financing policies, and evaluation of factors that influence a company's debt capacity.
