About the Role
We support our clients in the technology-driven implementation of their business strategy, including digital transformations, IT M&A, and organizational agility. We develop technology strategies, enable clients to shape their business strategy innovatively and technology-driven, and advise on the selection and implementation of relevant technology trends.
Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Improvement Journey and contribute to the conception and implementation of measures for sustainable quality improvement.
- Assist the Transformation Office with administrative and organizational tasks and structured follow-up of ongoing activities.
- Prepare decision papers, conduct research, and support the team with strategic and operational issues.
- Participate in AI and enablement formats and in the development and preparation of knowledge exchange topics.
- Gain broad insights and develop professional and personal skills through diverse topics and tasks.
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in Business Administration with a focus on IT, (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
- First experiences in an agile environment, quality management, or a comparable environment are desirable.
- High interest in technical topics, agile transformation, quality assurance, artificial intelligence, and collaboration in a complex project environment.
- Structured, independent, and reliable way of working.
- Technical understanding.
- Strong communication skills and quick comprehension.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
