About the Role
Mobilelink is Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, seeking Bilingual Sales Advocates. We provide training and tools to ensure success, empowering advocates to serve customers by providing the right solutions for their needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding customer needs.
- Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
- Represent the Company and the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
- Achieve sales goals and KPIs, potentially earning bonus payments.
- Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.
- Engage with customers at events, represent Cricket Wireless products and services, distribute marketing materials, and assist with event setup or breakdown.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in two or more languages, specifically English and Spanish.
- Possess clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
- Demonstrate commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
- Be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation to the work location.
- Must reside within 30 minutes of the home store location and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district.
- Ability to operate a personal computer.
- Adhere to the Team Color policy and maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions to completion.
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
