About the Role
Millennium is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and integration of AI solutions into existing Portfolio Manager tools and research platforms. This role is crucial for supporting everyday investment workflows and driving innovation within the Equities Technology team.
Responsibilities
- Translate equity investment needs into clear technical specifications for tools supporting the investment lifecycle.
- Oversee the design, delivery, and integration of AI solutions into existing PM tools, research platforms, and data environments.
- Build relationships with Portfolio Managers, analysts, and equities management to understand challenges and identify opportunities.
- Coordinate and prioritize deliverables across business and technical stakeholder groups.
- Lead user training, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions to drive adoption and gather insights.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience building and launching technology products for equity investment teams.
- Strong understanding of fundamental equity investing and the daily workflows of long/short Portfolio Managers and analysts.
- Experience working directly with fundamental equity investment professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and product judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
