- Create executive-ready communications and presentations, translating complex program details into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership, governance forums, and business partners.
- Serve as a leadership partner, helping prepare leadership discussions, synthesize decisions, track commitments, anticipate risks, and improve the effectiveness of the broader Data & AI organization.
- Bring analytical rigor to portfolio management, including prioritization, capacity planning, dependency management, KPI tracking, benefits realization, and executive-level reporting.
Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, PMs, priorities, and executive follow-ups simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent executive communication, storytelling, presentation development, and written communication skills.
