About the Role
Join the largest baking company in the world and our family of 20,000 associates nationwide as a Field Merchandising Representative.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper product rotation on store shelves and displays for optimal quality and freshness.
- Drive sales by securing new display space, setting up incremental displays, and utilizing sales data for store-level strategies.
- Follow up on new account opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and ensure promotion execution.
- Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space in existing and new accounts.
- Conduct daily route settlement procedures, accounting for all products, invoices, and cash while maintaining inventory counts.
- Safely drive the company route truck and complete daily DOT logs.
- Submit required documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
- Must be able to obtain a Chauffer License (if job location is in IN, MI, TN).
- Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods, with frequent reaching and finger use.
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records, consistent with US DOT regulations.

- $150.00 weekly base pay + commission ($40,000-$65,000 annual average)
