About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting for Parallel’s marketing team, running searches from intake through close across product marketing, demand gen, growth, content, brand, and marketing ops. You’ll partner directly with marketing leadership and the founders to define role scope, build interview loops, and calibrate what “great” looks like for each role, including how to evaluate portfolios, work samples, and take-home exercises. You’ll drive sourcing and outbound for hard-to-fill and senior roles, manage candidates through the pipeline without letting anyone go cold, and help sharpen the scorecards and playbooks the team runs on as headcount scales fast. You’ll report on pipeline health and hiring velocity to the recruiting lead, and you’ll be trusted to close high-conviction offers on your own.

- Own full-cycle recruiting for the marketing team

Requirements
- Experience running full-cycle recruiting at an early-stage or fast-growing company
- Marketing hiring experience
- Ability to differentiate between marketing roles (e.g., product marketer vs. demand gen lead)
- Ability to evaluate portfolios and work samples
- Experience writing outbound recruiting messages that generate responses
- Proven ability to close candidates with competing offers
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with other recruiters
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
