About the Role

BCG X is seeking a Delivery AI Product Analyst to drive capabilities and support the commercialization of BCG's proprietary data and software assets. This role involves working with technical and commercial teams from concept to launch and ongoing support, requiring an entrepreneurial drive and experience leading enterprise product efforts.

Responsibilities

Co-own the product roadmap with the Product Manager, aligning it with business goals and user needs.
Conduct user research, usability tests, market analysis, and client feedback reviews to enhance the product.
Gather and prioritize requirements through stakeholder workshops, documenting them as user stories with acceptance criteria.
Build user personas and utilize AI design tools for prototyping and iteration with the UI/UX team.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies with the engineering team and resolve blockers to ensure timely feature delivery.
Participate in technical discussions, translating between engineering and business stakeholders for feasible product decisions.
Maintain current feature lists, user guides, and release notes, providing stakeholders with progress updates.
Act as a thought partner to case teams and clients, defining business problems and shaping solutions.
Apply BCG Transformation and Post-Merger-Integration (PMI) methodology and configure products for client programs.
Manage MVP-based implementation plans as the client's primary point of contact, setting realistic expectations.
Lead product demos and training sessions for case teams and client users.
Triage client issues and coordinate their resolution with Engineering and Support teams.
Convert case learnings into proprietary assets and roadmap inputs.
Set up and maintain the team's AI harness, including a product knowledge base and connectors to relevant tools.
Create and maintain a library of reusable AI skills, such as story writers and BRD generators.
Convert routine product owner tasks into repeatable AI workflows with defined inputs and outputs.
Design agentic workflows that chain AI tools and models to automate multi-step tasks.
Coach clients and case teams on building AI dashboards and structuring data outputs using prompts.
Test new AI tools, models, and agentic techniques, recommending adoption based on client use cases.
Ensure all product decisions and AI-generated outputs have a designated human owner, adhering to responsible AI guidelines.

Requirements

2-3 years of consulting experience preferred, or 3-4 years in industry, ideally in a business analysis or product role on a SaaS product.
Exposure to transformation, restructuring, change management, or PMI.
Solid grasp of P&L and balance sheet KPIs.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and financial modeling in Excel.
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery (no coding required).
Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, including prompt engineering, skill building, and agentic workflow design.
Structured problem-solving and analytical rigor.
Planning discipline and attention to detail.
Experience communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders across global teams.
Judgment to know when to escalate issues.
Entrepreneurial drive and a record of achieving stretch goals in fast-moving environments.
Comfort working independently or in distributed teams.
Ability to quickly learn new tools and methods.
