This individual contributor role reports to the VP of Marketing, is remote within the U.S. Pacific time zone (preference for California metro areas), and requires travel to events. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, creative, field-oriented, and adept at both designing executive events and managing logistical details.

Responsibilities

  • Support regional event programs, including planning, execution, and management of brand experiences, executive and community events, partner events, and industry gatherings.
  • Ensure all events align with the Pi brand and marketing objectives.
  • Manage event planning and execution from start to finish, including registration, shipping, setup, day-of support, and post-event activities.
  • Assist with major events and tradeshows by coordinating vendors, managing logistics, and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align event messaging and goals with company priorities and target accounts.
  • Manage relationships with event partners to ensure timely execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop partner programs that yield measurable event results.
  • Manage the regional event budget, identifying cost-effective solutions.
  • Track attendance, manage list uploads, and evaluate event performance against KPIs.
  • Share post-event reports and insights to improve future events.
  • Manage SWAG inventory and distribution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on field marketing and events.
  • Proven experience managing both small-scale, high-touch events and large-scale tradeshows.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing vendors, partners, and budgets.
  • A creative mindset and passion for curating memorable experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to align programs with pipeline and company goals.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
  • Low ego and high ownership, with comfort in hands-on execution, including on event days.
  • Ability to travel 25% or more.
