This position is part of the technical service department located in Shinjuku, Tokyo and will be on site. Our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance/Repair/Troubleshooting/Installation/Validation (GMP: IQOQ) of equipment
- Organize strategic sales promotion/proposal activities to major customers such as maintenance/comprehensive contracts, inspection contracts, spare parts sales
- Collaborate with domestic & worldwide other branches/departments to manage customer outcomes by controlling customer situation (revenue forecast/contract ratio/quality issues)
- Deliver mid to large scale installation projects as project manager by collaborating with other departments
- Preparation for launch of new equipment, obtaining service trainer certification
- Customer support by remote, dispatch field engineers to customer site
Requirements
- A major in Biology, Biochemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related
- More than 3 years of experience in field service or related engineering department
- Excellent communications, listening and interpersonal skills
