Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients warmly and help every visit start on the right foot
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and check clients in and out
- Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient care, handling, and restraint
- Help keep exam rooms and treatment areas clean, stocked, and ready
- Communicate clearly with clients and the veterinary team
- Jump in wherever needed, from the front desk to the treatment area, to keep the day running smoothly
Requirements
- Previous veterinary, animal care, or customer service experience, a plus
- Creative ideas, critical thinking, and a drive to be the best
- A passion for pets and veterinary care that shines every day
- Excellent listening and communication skills with clients and coworkers
- A willingness to grow as a professional and encourage the growth of others
- Comfort with fast-moving days and the occasional cat rodeo
- A positive, team-first attitude
