About the Role
This role contributes to an exceptional client experience and workplace culture by engaging with clients and co-workers in a welcoming environment and leveraging tools and technology to support business needs. Opportunities exist to leverage expert product knowledge with a consultative selling approach or to support and maintain excellence in operations by upholding visual standards, executing processes, and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for all by demonstrating company values of Excellence, Imagination, and Graciousness.
- Exceed customer expectations.
- Be knowledgeable and educate self and others on merchandise.
- Demonstrate follow-up on customer requests and commitments.
- Create a welcoming environment through teamwork.
- Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers.
- Handle merchandise, transfers, and process inbound/outbound freight.
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders.
- Complete necessary merchandise placements to ensure merchandise standards are followed.
- Perform merchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product once marked.
- Execute reticketing, damages, mark out of stocks, and related inventory control processes.
- Manage back stocking, stockroom organization, and maintenance.
- Merchandise product and set sale events and signage under guidance, ensuring standards are followed.
- Support with set-up and take down of in-store events and activations.
- Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas.
Requirements
- A positive, motivated, and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Ability to bend, lift, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
