Responsibilities
- Create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective-based education, mini-classes, and learning centers.
- Teach the science of healthy skin with hands-on professional techniques and skincare innovations.
- Instruct students on skin analysis, ingredient technology, prescriptive retailing, waxing, and makeup techniques.
- Prepare students for careers in skincare by teaching essential business and guest service skills.
Requirements
- Esthetician license with a minimum of 2 years.
- Minimum of 1 year of esthetician experience in a salon/spa.
- Customer service experience.
- Teaching experience is a plus.
- Commitment to helping others succeed.
- Positive and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Passion for the beauty industry.
