About the Role
We are seeking a Host to create a welcoming environment for guests, manage reservations, and ensure a positive dining experience. This role is crucial in making people happy and upholding our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere, personalizing interactions when possible.
- Accommodate guest requests whenever feasible.
- Escort guests to their tables with menus.
- Manage the floor plan, prioritizing reservations for timely seating.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area, including stocking menus.
- Answer phone calls and provide information about the menu and restaurant.
- Monitor the dining experience to ensure guest expectations are exceeded.
