Responsibilities
- Greets customers with Aloha spirit
- Takes orders, explaining dishes and bakery items
- Answers phones, takes orders, and inputs them into the POS system
- Identifies customer issues or complaints and reports them to management
- Operates cash register, handles sales and cash, and balances at the end of each shift
- Advises management when guests request cash refunds or credits
- Follows all sanitation guidelines
- Assists in bakery and kitchen departments as needed
- Restocks restrooms and completes other cleaning duties
Requirements
- Able to report to work physically and mentally ready
- Substance-free work environment required
- Able to be present for assigned schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Able to balance multiple tasks and work well under time constraints
Skills
- Proficient in English with clear verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Common sense logical reasoning ability
