As the Assistant Manager at the Samsung Experience Store in London White City, you will play a crucial role in achieving PRS& Samsung goals. You'll align with the PRS& Samsung brand and ethos, deliver inspirational customer service, maintain operational compliance, and execute strategies that enrich customers' lives through interactions with Samsung products.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of customers and team members.
- Champion exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction measures.

- Follow and implement PRS processes, guidelines, and policies for operational compliance.
- Maintain impeccable store standards for a seamless shopping experience.
- Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence.
- Handle key holding and general shift management.
