About the Role
Lead a 62-bed Residential Care home in Dubbo, ensuring operational performance, financial sustainability, and clinical governance while creating an exceptional experience for residents, families, and employees. This role offers the opportunity to build engaged teams and drive performance in a values-led organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational, financial, and clinical performance of the home.
- Inspire and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive occupancy, workforce planning, budgeting, and operational excellence.
- Ensure exceptional resident outcomes and outstanding customer experiences.
- Champion quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration.
- Extensive leadership experience within residential aged care or healthcare.
- Proven success leading operational performance, financial management, and workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards, and AN-ACC.
- A track record of improving quality, culture, and resident outcomes.
- Availability to participate in a regional after-hours on-call roster (one week in nine).
