About the Role
W Sydney is seeking a passionate and charismatic Bell Attendant with outstanding communication skills to create a memorable and welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves providing personalized and attentive service that exceeds guest expectations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all guest requests of Concierge and Wheels Desk functions in accordance with hotel standards.
- Maintains a concierge philosophy that serves as a guide to guests needs and expectations.
- Operates the main hotel driveway, car stacker, valet parking service, and transportation services.
- Handles courier/postal dispatching and luggage services.
- Rooms guests during arrival and farewell.
- Acts as a runner for any guest requests.
- Assists in driving the Whatever / Whenever culture for all guests.
- Supports Chief Concierge, Duty Manager, and Wheels Valet Captain to ensure all guests’ needs and information prior, during, and post stay.
