- Support global budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, including departmental expenses and headcount.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analyses, and performance dashboards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers, challenge assumptions, and support financial decisions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes using AI and emerging technologies.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of FP&A systems, reporting tools, and data integrations.
- Proactively identify financial risks, opportunities, and areas requiring deeper analysis.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or a similarly analytical role.
- Experience in asset management or financial services preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build clean, flexible, and intuitive financial models.
- Strong reconciliation and data validation skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and key business drivers.
