About the Role
Seeking an experienced associate attorney for a fast-paced plaintiff no-fault firm.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily virtual court calendar in specified venue.
- Manage litigation files from inception through trial.
- Manage arbitration files from inception through arbitration hearing.
- Prepare motions and memorandums of law.
- Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands, and responses.
- Draft reports and provide file analysis.
- Attend court and arbitration appearances.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year experience required.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of no-fault law.
- Active member of the New York State Bar.
