About the Role
As Practice Manager at Truly London (Nine Elms), you will lead the operational, financial, and people aspects of a flagship clinic. You will be accountable for patient experience, team performance, financial KPIs, and compliance, working closely with the clinical lead to ensure the clinic's success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the clinic team, including reception, nurses, and TPCs.
- Own the clinic's P&L, budgets, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure full compliance with GDC and CQC standards, GDPR, and health and safety requirements.
- Manage patient experience, including NPS, feedback loops, and escalations.
- Partner in recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
- Collaborate with Head Office on growth initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects with Marketing, Sales, and the Clinical Lead.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing dental, medical, or healthcare teams.
- Demonstrable P&L responsibility.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- Awareness of operations and compliance (GDC / CQC / GDPR / health and safety).
- Financial literacy, including budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
